Most issues can be fixed with the checks below. If you still need help, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and ToneToneA version.
Before you email: contacting support is voluntary. We use your email address, message, and any information you choose to include only to answer you, investigate the issue, protect ToneToneA, and meet legal obligations. Our email providers may process the message to deliver and store it. If you do not provide enough information, we may be unable to investigate or reply.
For retention, international processing, access, correction, deletion, and privacy complaints, read the Privacy Policy or email the same address. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Quick troubleshooting
I cannot hear practice notes
- Raise the media volume and disconnect any unintended Bluetooth output.
- Return to ToneToneA and tap Retry audio if an audio message is visible.
- If another app, Siri, or a phone call interrupted audio, wait for it to finish and try again.
- Close and reopen ToneToneA if audio remains unavailable.
I want to start over
Open ToneToneA Settings and choose Reset All Progress. This clears learning and review history, curriculum progress, and daily-challenge attempts and results. It leaves app preferences unchanged. The reset cannot be undone.
Music Reading shows a different pitch from the sound
Some instruments are transposing instruments. ToneToneA shows the written note used by that instrument while playing its sounding pitch.
Accessibility
ToneToneA includes VoiceOver labels and Dynamic Type layouts, and reduces motion in key practice animations. Finger Reflex removes its time limit while VoiceOver is active; quiz feedback waits for you to advance manually. Include the accessibility feature you use when reporting an issue.
